Managing workplace relations and employment conditions

If you are considering changing any employment conditions, it’s vital you inform yourself of how and when you can make changes and have suitable documentation in place. A failure to do so may result in claims for back-pay, underpayments and more.

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has prepared resources to alleviate the administrative burden of drafting documentation to reflect changes in employment conditions. These resources centre on common changes such as contract amendments, stand-down, the JobKeeper subsidy and redundancy.
