As a finance broker Universal Wealth Management is in the money business. We are not a bank, a mortgage manager or a financial institution that is tied to offering a particular set of mortgage or home loan products.
We have chosen not to have our own suite of credit products as we consider this may influence our ability to be unbiased.
Credit providers may pay us when a loan settles in recognition that we know their products and policy guidelines and that we market their brand to appropriate clients and process their outsourced lending tasks.
Therefore when dealing with straight forward traditional residential mortgage arrangements, and we are paid by the credit provider, we do not usually charge our clients a finance broker’s fee. This allows financially disadvantaged consumers to access our quality finance broking service without additional expense. It also allows our company to compete directly with traditional credit providers other distribution channels without additional cost to our clients.
We have access to reputable and well known credit providers and can source the right type of financial products to suit most circumstances, whether looking for a home loan, investment finance, vehicle or business or other type of loan.
Sometimes we may offer products from an existing credit provider and provide a side-by-side comparison with other lenders to check that the most cost effective and suitable loan for a financial situation.
We have an exceptional understanding of the home loan process and requirements and we share our extensive knowledge of finance informally by guiding our clients through the complete transaction.
