Occupational Safety and Health Associates (Australia) Pty Ltd – OSHA (Aust) – is an independent consulting and training company providing specialist services in occupational health and safety • rehabilitation • compensation claims administration and management. Services are provided to Australian companies and government organisations. As OHS issues link to other human resources elements in an organisation, OSHA (Aust) adopts a total organisation “holistic” approach to the provision of services. OHS Prevention / Risk Management

OSHA (Aust)’s specialist team uses OHS Needs Audits to identify hazards, assess risks and tailor control options and strategies. Fewer accidents and claims for compensation, improved employer-employee communication, better industrial relations, higher standards of quality and productivity improvements flow from safer, better work places and practices.

OSHA offers assistance with implementation of OHS management systems such as SafetyMAP and provides an on-site “OHS Co-ordinator” service as required.

Training

OSHA (Aust) is a recognised leading designer and presenter of practical, action-oriented occupational health and safety training activities. Training services offered include WorkCover and Comcare accredited courses. OSHA (Aust)’s courses also help clients manage general human resource functions, communications and implement rehabilitation programs.
