Australia Post – Rohin Aggarwal (Distribution)
Rohin Aggarwal is the Head of Category – Online Selling for Small Business at Australia Post. In this role, Rohin is responsible for driving initiatives that create a compelling small business, sending experience as well as growing the number of small businesses that are going and growing online.

Differentiation through Customer Experience – Merline McGregor
Merline McGregor works with retailers to drive marketing and customer acquisition strategies. She specialises in international commerce, customer engagement and loyalty, Merline has held senior roles with some of Australia’s largest global retailers such as Mimco and Forever Merline has also ran her own digital agency, working with iconic fashion brands including; Calibre, Review, Metalicus, G-Star, and Love&Lustre. Currently, Merline is the Australian General Manager of an international multichannel and ecommerce consultancy called Practicology.

Successful Selling on Amazon – Chris Thomas
Chris Thomas has been running his own high six figure Amazon and other online stores and businesses for the past several years. Chris also helps other brands to take their products to one of the world’s largest eCommerce marketplaces in the USA, Europe and Japan. In 2013 Chris ran a successful Kickstarter campaign raising over $110,000 to kick start a new product which sold on Amazon. Apart from running his online stores, Chris regularly speaks at Amazon Seller events, having spoken in Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne. As a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) expert, Chris also teaches about how to rank products on Amazon.

Implications of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies on E-Commerce (Panel with Taylor Tran and Bill Angelidis – to be finalise)
Florence Ioannou is Manager at LDB Group which is an Accountancy and Advisory firm and she has a special focus on blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and it’s implications on e-commerce. Florence advises on all matters related to blockchain including transactions, taxation and investments. LDB Group also has particular expertise in working with startups and new ventures, including Research and Development (R&D) tax incentive advice

Putting your E-Commerce strategy through a Lean Canvas – Taylor Tran
Taylor Tran is a strategist with 20 years’ global experience in technology and services. He is a global thought-leader on coworking and is also a tech entrepreneur and mentor. Taylor has written three books on innovation and has been featured in The Age, Sydney Morning Herald and The ABC, amongst many others. Taylor has spoken at and organised numerous tech and innovation festivals in Australia and overseas and have spoken on blockchain, e-commerce, smart cities, the future of work and coworking.
