Bill Pickett specialises in mentoring and advising the owner-managers of private businesses in the areas of external and internal business development. Clients include local manufacturing and technical, professional and community services. His work involves business and market analysis and guiding companies to implement improvement projects.

Bill has worked as a management consultant for over 30 years, following a line management career in engineering, manufacturing and sales. He also has extensive experience as a company director and chairman and as a lecturer in marketing. Bill is a down to earth, hands-on adviser who offers practical guidance to owner-managers.
