Operations: a vital workshop for every small business owner that is focused on all operational elements of business from daily predictable systems through to time management and execution and utilisation of your resources.

Finance: the ultimate workshop to guarantee you are focused on the importance of understanding your financials. This is the key to knowing where your cash comes from and goes to. Plus how to keep some of it! You’ll learn in this workshop how to
read your financial statements, the cash flow cycle and how to achieve profit.

Sales and Marketing: Sales is the only thing that puts money into your business, so you will learn to understand the sales funnel and how to handle objections to gain better conversion rates. The Marketing component of this workshop will make
you think about your uniqueness and discover what sets you apart from your competitors.

Planning: Every six months, you should take time to adjust the “Flight Plan” for your business – setting goals and developing strategies to lead forward. The Flight Plan you produce is your key document to keep you accountable to the outcomes you set for yourself – and it becomes a powerful tool to keep your business moving forward, constantly improving and ultimately achieving your biggest goals.
